DESCRIPTION:

As the organization continues to be one of the fastest growing offices within the enterprise, we are seeking a motivated Associate Financial Representative to join the team. Associate specializes in client service and processing of insurance business, maintains an efficient, organized office, and serves as liaison between Advisor and clients. The ideal candidate will have superb organization, exceptional attention to detail, and high ownership of responsibilities.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Insurance Support

• Assist Advisor by managing and overseeing the flow of business throughout the sales cycle
• Review insurance applications completeness and accuracy
• Manage the medical examination process and expedite outstanding underwriting requirements
• Monitor daily reports
• Prepare/print letters of instruction for client signature; prepare policies for delivery
• Maintain client and policy data in CRM; documenting case notes, and proactively follow upon pipeline of pending new business

Client Service and Administrative Duties

• Contact clients and process service requests
• Perform clerical/administrative
• Calendar management, confirming and scheduling client meetings
• Special projects

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bilingual in English and Spanish

• Proficient knowledge of MS applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
• High sense of urgency
• Highly developed degree of personal organization and ability to multi-task
• California Life and Health insurance license preferred, or willingness to acquire while on the job

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
