Client Onboarding Specialist

PRIMARY DUTIES

· Complete all application and account-opening paperwork for insurance products

· Complete all application and account-opening paperwork for investment accounts

· Communicate and work with Associate Financial Representatives in regards to client inquires, money movement, and underwriting

· Manage underwriting process for any insurance applications

· Track all tasks with provided CRM system and others

· Provide to support for Advisors and Associate Advisors

REQUIREMENTS

· College Degree

· Ability to obtain Life and Health Insurance License within 60 days

· Ability to obtain SIE, Series 7, Series 63 within first year

· Ability to Multitask

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
