Northwestern Mutual is Hiring an Executive Recruiter Near Grand Rapids, MI
The Executive Recruiter is responsible for recruitment efforts for the Network and district offices of Northwestern Mutual. The Executive Recruiter creates an incremental lift with a proactive approach to sourcing, identifying, and selecting West Michigan top talent for the financial advisor career.
Responsibilities
- Generates leads for qualified candidates through community engagement and networking
- Assessing candidates to ensure strong career and cultural fit
- Guides and supports candidates through full recruitment experience in partnership with executive leadership
- Tracks weekly recruitment activity and maintains candidate databases
- Actively participates in the community as a brand ambassador for Northwestern Mutual of West Michigan
- Intentionally creates opportunities to connect high level talent
- Engages with the community to promote the office and company brand
- Recruit from position of strength by maintaining a full & high quality pipeline
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 10 years of recruiting, sales, marketing, customer service, and/or other transferable experience
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
- Highly motivated, adaptable, self-starter
- Working efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines
- Strong listening skills and high emotional intelligence
- Exceptional at networking and building relationships
