Primary Responsibilities:

• Client Acquisition: build your clientele through prospecting and networking with support through our top training program and guidance from our leadership team and individual mentors
• Connect with potential clients and set meetings to understand their needs and true desires
• Collaborate with our financial planning team, mentors, and specialists to develop tailored solutions
• Get licensed with your Life, Accident, and Health Insurance license, and participate in coaching/development calls and meetings

Skills & Qualifications:

• Must live local to Florham Park, NJ
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
• Coachable, goal-oriented, authentic, and professional
• Values of integrity and honesty, history of success
• Ideal candidate is motivated by entrepreneurship, building relationships with others, financial literacy, and ongoing personal and professional growth/development
