Day TreatmentSpecialist

At Northwood Health, our day treatmentprograms assist adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to liveas independently as possible in their community. This program provides individualizedtreatment in a group setting within a facility and in the community.

As a Habilitation Specialist I (HSI),you assist individuals in the facility and in the community with day to dayactivities such as daily living skills, community safety programs, andsupportive employment. You will also enjoy company paid activities in thecommunity such as hockey games, movies, and other events.

Experience is not necessary, but ifyou have a positive attitude and the willingness to help those who cannot helpthemselves, we want you!

The day treatment programs have flexibleschedules for those who want a second job or are in school. The hours generallyrun from 6:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday, with some Saturday hours forspecial events. Northwood Health Systems is an equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license in good standing is preferred.
• Pass a background check.
• Positive attitude.
