The Human Resources Associate provides front line administrative and operations support to the Human Resource department. The individual must utilize knowledge of Norton Healthcare HR and system policies when fielding, responding to, and/or initiating responses to customer inquiries. This position is responsible for the safety and security of all HR data so ensuring the legitimacy of callers and requests is of utmost importance.
