ResponsibilitiesFacilitates performance improvement through development of audit plans for corrective action plans, analyzes results of audits of corrective action plans. Assists leaders and other staff with development of tools and processes to identify and track quality outcomes. Provides recommendations to appropriate leaders to foster improvement in strategic and other goals. Supervises and guides clinical quality nurses in activities designed to reduce harm, improve care processes, and achieve improvements in clinical outcomes for patients. Plans and implements activities to support regulatory compliance and accreditation readiness. Conducts data abstraction, report generation, coordinates peer review requests. Supports efforts pertaining to system goals, communicating related data to improvement teams and physician/providers. Provides feedback to staff and providers regarding performance, accrediting requirements and compliance. Supports quality aspects associated with Medical Staff support. Educates staff and providers in relation to processes used to support strategic and department goals performance and other quality initiatives. Serves on various teams and committees to provide quality outcomes expertise.

- Five years of experience in Quality Outcomes Analyst role
- Bachelor in Nursing
- Registered Nurse
- Master in Nursing
- Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ)
