Department: On_Demand Solutions CenterPosition Reports to: Value Stream Manager
Summary:To set up and operate assigned assets. Complete and record all attributing throughout production run.
Job Duties:1. Explicitly follows all safety procedures.
2. Ability to understand and strictly comply with the Nosco quality policy.
3. Ability to perform and sustain a high rate of productivity.
4. Ability to problem solve with minimal assistance.
5. Provides consistent up to date information to the production lead and management during process control checks.
6. Ability to perform to the expectations of set up time and run speeds as established by the department leads.
7. Performs clean up/ maintenance tasks in accordance with company SOP.
8. Trains apprentice or contingent operators upon reaching journeyman status.
9. Ability to become fully proficient in the pre- makeready process.
10. Performs related duties as required.

Requirements:1. High School diploma or GED.
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Mechanical background preferred.
4. Positive attitude and a strong desire to learn.
5. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
6. Ability to work in a fast paced environment and comply with customer deadlines.
7. Ability to achieve and sustain performance expectations.
8. Ability to work overtime as required.
9. Shift preference will be taken into consideration, but must be flexible with shift assignments.
