Job Description
About this job...
Nosco is looking for an Order Management Specialist on first shift at our Pleasant Prairie, WI facility.
As an employee owner in this position, you will take ownership of incoming customer purchase orders, assess the appropriate steps required for processing and ensure all customer requirements are followed.
In this role, you will...
  • Work directly with Account Management to support the facilitation of orders.
  • Enter orders accurately and with all the relevant information.
  • Determine the appropriate pricing based on established price grids or quotes.
  • Build positive working relationships with Nosco's internal departments.
  • Complete 1-2 measurable process improvement projects annually.
  • Ensure quality system procedures are always followed.
  • Assist with reception desk duties daily.
Success factors...
  • Ability to read and understand complex order entry instructions accurately.
  • Attention to detail and ability to focus. Knowledge of printing and packaging is preferred.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills, with an ability to effectively prioritize incoming order requests.
  • Well-developed interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to effectively work with individuals throughout the company.
  • Proficient in Microsoft programs such as Excel.
