**Customer Service Advisor**

Salary: Salary potential up to 21,525.00 per annum (Pro Rata)

Location: Working from home for the duration of the contract

Hours: Full-Time - 37.5 hours per week, flexible working hours between Monday - Sunday 8am - 10pm.

Contract: 9 Month Contract

You'll deal with a range of customer queries via the telephone. We'll train you to deliver a service that is consistent, confident, friendly and reliable so that each of your customers feel valued, understood and listened to. You'll join a team where customer satisfaction is celebrated.

**What you'll be doing:**

* Supporting with inbound calls within a contact centre

* Delivering a service which makes your customers feel valued

* Dealing with a number of customer questions and queries.

* Identifying opportunities where you can add value

* Confidence and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively

* An ability to learn new skills quickly including adopting new processes and technology

* An ability to think on your feet and adapt to different situations

* A good listener, who can be empathetic, show patience and adapt their behaviours to suit different callers
