Position Summary: To serve Nothing Bundt Cakes guests in person and over the phone with creative solutions in a warm and welcoming environment. Guest Service Representatives will also assist in crafting, clerical duties and cleaning of the retail area of the bakery.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Abide by all Nothing Bundt Cakes policies and procedures
- Uphold Nothing Bundt Cakes image and brand
- Assist guests and other departments when necessary
- Welcome and introduce walk-in guests to our bakery with a guest tour
- Assist guests with walk-in orders while offering creative solutions
- Answers phones and assist phone guests by placing incoming orders
- Operate and balance (Point Of Sale) cash register with accuracy and efficiency
- Offer guests to join our E-Club and gather email addresses to enter into our system
- Keep display case fully stocked of our cakes
- Learn and assist with frosting cakes
- Keep retail area clean, swept, display case and windows cleaned and neatly merchandised
- Dust all retail surfaces including all counter tops and Point of Sale stations
- Duties as assigned by Crafting department as well as folding boxes and labeling containers
- Track inventory
- Other duties as assigned

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
