We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Client Services Representative to join our team. In this position you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving business growth.

Our company offers a variety of services to our customers, including call answering, appointment scheduling, message taking, and more. As a Client Services Representative at NotifyMD, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing essential support and assistance. Your role will involve managing client inquiries, maintaining records, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will be responsible for handling a variety of client and internal requests, including but not limited to:

  • Managing client inquiries: Responding to client inquiries promptly and professionally, providing accurate and helpful information, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining client records: Ensuring that client information is up-to-date and accurate, maintaining detailed records of all interactions, and following established procedures for data management.
  • Resolving issues: Identifying and resolving client problems efficiently and effectively, escalating issues to management as needed, and taking ownership of client satisfaction.
  • Ensuring a positive customer experience: Providing excellent customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and exceeding client expectations.
  • Providing technical assistance: Assisting clients with technical questions and issues, troubleshooting problems, and recommending solutions.
  • Addressing client complaints: Handling complaints in a professional and empathetic manner, resolving issues to the client's satisfaction, and learning from complaints to improve future service.
  • Internal Support: Assisting and supporting the call center as needed by way of handling calls, assisting operations agents with questions and inquiries and other business support needs as directed by the manager

Qualifications:

  • 1 years of experience in a call center environment
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A positive and professional attitude

Shifts:

  • Full Time - 40 hours
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
  • Shifts may be 5 eight hour or 4 ten hour shifts between the hours of 7am-10pm
  • Holiday work
  • Must work out of our Chesapeake, Virginia location

Compensation: $20.00-$21.00 per hour
