NOTS Logistics is Hiring a Warehouse Associate – Picker/Packer Near Lebanon, TN

Join the NOTS Logistics Warehouse Team as a Warehouse Associate – Picker/Packer! NOTS Logistics is immediately hiring a Warehouse Associate – Picker/Packer at our Lebanon, TN warehouse location. Picker/Packer associates are required to safely fill orders and assist with inbound and outbound inventory. Picker/Packers are responsible for inspecting merchandise and products to ensure correct and quality parts and orders. Must be able to keep accurate inventory records and have excellent attention to detail. All full-time employees are eligible for benefits, which include health, vision and dental insurance, short-term disability, life insurance, 401k and more!
Starting Pay Rate:$20.00 hourly. Weekly paychecks.Hours:1st Shift, Monday – Friday, Hours TBD
Key duties & responsibilities:
  • Communicate with coworkers in a positive and friendly manner.
  • Follow all safety regulations and requirements.
  • Come to work on time and prepare to work the assigned shift.
  • Assist with on-the-job training of team members.
  • Pick and move items as requested.
  • Pack items based on orders.
  • Use RF Scanner to locate materials.
  • Items are small components.
  • Perform other duties as required by management.
Job requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior forklift experience preferred.
  • Prior warehouse experience preferred.
  • Ability to stand for 10 hours.
  • Ability to lift 25lbs repetitively.
  • Ability to read and/or interpret work instructions.
  • RF Scanner experience a plus
