NOUS LATAM is Hiring a Project Manager Near Arkansas, AR

Job Description: Our client is a dynamic tech startup specializing in AI-driven solutions. They're transforming industries by delivering cutting-edge software products. As a Project Manager you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead project planning sessions and define project scope, objectives, and timelines
  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless project execution
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals
  • Issue triage: assist in the assignment and planning of appropriate resources for product maintenance, flagging patterns that could turn into new feature development
  • Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs
  • Facilitate effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders
  • Prepare and present reports on project progress to senior management
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field; PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred
  • 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the tech industry
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in project management tools like JIRA, Asana, or Microsoft Project
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • English C1
