Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning sessions and define project scope, objectives, and timelines
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless project execution
- Develop comprehensive project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals
- Issue triage: assist in the assignment and planning of appropriate resources for product maintenance, flagging patterns that could turn into new feature development
- Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs
- Facilitate effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders
- Prepare and present reports on project progress to senior management
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field; PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred
- 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the tech industry
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in project management tools like JIRA, Asana, or Microsoft Project
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
