Medical Field Marketing Representative (Non-Clinical)

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Medical Field Marketing Representative. The applicant MUST live within the Northern Virginia territory . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in supporting sales/marketing and lead generation efforts. The role involves daily tasks related to direct field marketing, relationship building, communication, customer service, and sales to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales and marketing goals. This is a field position, but will require weekly visits to our various offices based on the territoy(Arlington, Fairfax, Lansdowne, Vienna and Stone Springs/Dulles).

Nova Physician Wellness Center is dedicated to helping individuals throughout Virginia lose weight and live healthy lifestyles. We accept most major insurances and has local offices located in Arlington, Fairfax, Lansdowne, Vienna, and Stone Springs/Dulles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish relationships and build rapport with local healthcare facilities, doctors, and other relevant sources to encourage and grow patient referrals.
  • Manage territory to ensure that the needs of existing referral sources and new contacts are met and support field requests for marketing materials including brochures, business cards, etc.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute field marketing calls to support sales and marketing lead generation objectives.
  • Work closely with Business Development team to understand the needs of the practice and develop tailored marketing strategies.

Additional Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

  • Develop and implement strategies to generate high-quality leads through various field marketing activities, including events, trade shows, and local sponsorships.
  • Track and analyze lead generation efforts to measure effectiveness and ROI.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to ensure leads are properly nurtured and converted.

Brand Awareness:

  • Enhance brand visibility and awareness through local marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all field marketing activities.
  • Identify and leverage local opportunities to promote the brand.
  • attend provider lunches, health fairs, vendor fairs, and other events related to promoting the practice.

Sales/marketing Support:

  • Provide marketing support and participate in the creation of sales collateral, presentations, and other marketing materials.
  • Work with the Business Development team to identify potential target markets and develop strategies to penetrate those markets.
  • Occasional travel to all practice locations to get to know the providers and staff, attend meetings and ensure that locations are stocked with needed marketing materials.
  • Provide feedback, suggestions, and competitor information to management based on experiences in the field.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Monitor and report on the performance of field marketing campaigns.
  • Utilize data to optimize future campaigns and improve lead generation efforts.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to the marketing efforts and objectives.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Current Driver’s License/Dependable vehicle are a Must.
  • Willingness to learn with a strong work ethic.
  • 2 years of experience in field marketing, lead generation or experience working in a medical office environment.
  • Experience in planning and executing successful marketing campaigns or events.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to travel within assigned territories as needed.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year starting base salary

Bonus: Additional Bonus Incentives (After 90-day Probationary period)

Quarterly Performance/Compensation Review

Expected hours: Salaried 40 per week
