Prime Behavioral Health seeks a licensed therapist, clinician, or psychologist to join our expanding private practice. We have offices in Quincy and Weymouth. You must be a licensed provider in Massachusetts (PsyD, PhD, LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT) or working towards master's level licensure (Master's in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy). Successful applicants demonstrate the ability to work independently with the desire to contribute to a mutually supportive team. Credentialing is provided by the company. For full time employees, we offer 11 paid holidays and paid time off based on hours worked in an accrual system. Experience with AdvancedMD or other EHR systems, google suite, or fluency in multiple languages is a plus.

We offer flexible schedules, allowing clinicians to work when they would like to, and have openings for both fee-for-service and full time roles. Clinicians may also choose to be fully in person, or hybrid. Full time clinicians are expected to produce 30 billable hours each week and fee-for-service clinicians are expected to produce 8 billable hours each week.
