A medical practice is seeking reliable full time Medical / Office Assistant for our locations in Stone Springs and Lansdowne. This position requires someone who is upbeat, pleasant, and takes initiatives in performing their responsibilities and can efficiently multitask. You are responsible for representing the company and must be very comfortable with customer service.

We are seeking someone with the following characteristics:

- Someone who is dependable, competent, energetic, and self-motivated to learn.

- Someone with excellent communications skills who can carry professional conversations.

- Someone who can multi-task and is detail oriented.

Responsibilities will include:

Answering phones, scheduling patients, filing patient paperwork, cleaning rooms etc.
