NovaCare/Select Medical is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Cash Applications Representative for an immediate opening. This is a temporary position with a duration of at least 3 months, with the potential to become a permanent role based on performance and business needs.

This entry-level opportunity is responsible for the timely and accurate postings of all cash receipts and patient account adjustments.

• Accurately and promptly post cash receipts.
• Make necessary adjustments to patient accounts.
• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial transactions.
• Communicate effectively with team members and other departments as needed.
• Assist with other accounting and administrative tasks as required.

This ideal candidate will be detail oriented with excellent organization and data entry skills. Previous Accounts Receivable experience is a plus.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in accounting or finance is a plus.
• Previous experience in cash applications, accounts receivable, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and accounting software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
