Located in the Dundalk neighborhood of Baltimore county, we are seeking an additional full time outpatient orthopedic physical therapist (PT). We have an experienced physical therapist on staff treating a diverse population of teens through geriatrics offering general ortho, sports medicine and industrial rehabilitative services. This full time 40 hour work week will include some evenings until 7pm with last patient schedule an hour prior. An ideal physical therapist has previous experience in OP ortho. NEW GRADS are WELCOME! Onsite mentorship is available.

Schedule: Weekday schedule treating 40 hours per week with two later days treating until 700pm. Last patient is scheduled an hour prior. Alternative schedules may be considered for the right clinician.
Compensation: starting at $80,000 commensurate with experience

Responsibilities

• Understand appropriate state practice acts and adhere to the laws which govern how physical therapists may practice and whom physical therapists may supervise.
• Complete and maintain all corporate & clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations.
• Evaluate, treat, and direct treatment for patients for whom physical therapy is medically necessary and document this need clearly.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with co-workers, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors at all times.
• Attend and/or participate in facility meetings as directed by the center manager.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited PT school
• Valid State Physical Therapist License
• Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification required
