What You'll Be DoingGrounds Maintenance: Keep our landscapes lush and pristine. Mow, trim, plant, and nurture green spaces that everyone can enjoy. Perform seasonal maintenance tasks such as snow removal and leaf clearing.
Facilities Upkeep: Ensure our buildings are safe, clean, and welcoming. Handle repairs, preventative maintenance, and general upkeep. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
Project Involvement: Participate in exciting projects that enhance our facilities and grounds, making them better every day. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facilities, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, and structural elements.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure all needs are met promptly and efficiently. Assist in the setup and breakdown of company events and functions.
What We're Looking ForExperience: Previous experience in facilities and ground maintenance, but a can-do attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
Skills: Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. Ability to operate maintenance equipment and tools safely and effectively.
Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions and lift up to 60lbs.
Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure our facilities and grounds are always looking their best.
Great Attitude: A positive outlook, reliability, and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
What We OfferBase pay up to $20 per hour (D.O.E.).
Eligible for bonuses quarterly based company profit and employee performance, averaging between 5-20% of pay!
Additional pay into each employee’s Health Saving Account (HSA) account from $180 - $360/month.
Monday through Friday hours: 7:30am to 4:00pm
PTO 1 week year one; 2 weeks year 2; 3 weeks by 3rd year plus 9 paid holidays
