We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for promoting and selling our cutting-edge healthcare software solutions, including products such as CryptoChart and MobileRad 360, to hospitals and healthcare providers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving healthcare innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Business Development:

  • Identify and target potential clients within the healthcare sector, including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Present and demonstrate our medical software solutions to prospective clients, highlighting features and benefits tailored to their needs.
  • Address client inquiries and provide comprehensive support throughout the sales process.

Clinical/Technical Expertise:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand the clinical and technical aspects of our software solutions.
  • Communicate complex technical information in an easily understandable manner to clients.

Sales Administration:

  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, contracts, and other necessary documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Training and Support:
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and effective utilization of our software solutions.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to clients to maximize the value of our products.

Requirements

 Skills:

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Technical aptitude with the ability to learn new software quickly
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field. (Equivalent work Experience is acceptable.)
  • Two years of sales experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Technical aptitude and ability to learn new software solutions quickly
  • Willingness to travel frequently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of healthcare systems, hospital operations, and the medical software market
  • Experience with software solutions tailored to healthcare, such as Electronic Health Records (EHR) or Hospital Information Systems (HIS).
  • Established network within the healthcare industry.

Working Conditions:

  • Primarily office-based environment with significant travel required to meet clients and attend industry events.
  • Flexible work schedule to accommodate client meetings and travel.
  • Travel may include overnight stays and extended trips.
