Role : Senior Estimator - Structural Steel

Location : Atlanta (GA)

Salary : $100,000-$150,000 DOE

They are expanding the team and looking for an estimator with experience working at a fabricator.

Job Description :

• Develop estimates on building projects.
• Coordinate with aspects of fabrication, purchasing, field erection, pre-construction, and 3rd party vendors.
• Estimating structural drawings and coordinating bids
• Knowledge of structural steel fabrication standards and procedures.
• Assist field personnel with estimating Change Orders, RFPs, and clarification of RFIs.
• Accurately prepare a detailed cost estimate of all aspects of a proposed project including, but not limited to, quantity take off, detailed cost estimate, line item and subcontractor summary by division.

What you’ll need :

• 5 years of Structural Steel estimation
• Experience using Tekla
• Knowledge of structural steel fabrication standards and procedures
