Salary: $80k - $90k DOE

Your Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of steel construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to company standards while coordinating with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align objectives.
• Lead and supervise crews, subcontractors, and suppliers, fostering a productive and collaborative work culture with a strong focus on safety and efficiency.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards, specifications, and industry codes, addressing any issues promptly to maintain high-quality outcomes.
• Resolve on-site challenges and adapt plans as necessary to minimize disruptions and keep projects on track.
• Enforce strict compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols, conducting regular safety briefings and audits to ensure a secure work environment.
• Maintain accurate records of labor, materials, and costs, preparing detailed progress reports for senior management to ensure transparency and accountability throughout the project.
