Novelty Lights is a 25-year-old established, busy and growing internet retailer and wholesaler of Christmas and Seasonal Decorative lighting, outdoor string lights, rope lights and accessories. We are seeking a Commercial Sales Account Manager to join our close-knit team. This is not a call center but a rapidly growing ecommerce & wholesale business. At Novelty Lights, our brand stands on our reputation for quality pro-grade products paired with “old-fashioned” personal sales support.
Our Commercial Sales Account Manager is responsible for upholding our high expectations for closing new business and maintaining and growing current customer accounts. Responsibilities:
Sales & Relationship Building
· Collaborate with the customer service team to address and resolve customer issues effectively.
Product Knowledge
· Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries related to product details, specifications, and technical support.
· Collaborate with internal teams to address product or customer related issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
· Provide solutions tailored to the unique challenges faced by clients in their lighting projects
Sales Strategy and Planning
· Provide insights and feedback to contribute to the overall sales and marketing strategy.
· Gather market intelligence and feedback from customers to provide insights for product development and improvement.
· Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.

· Always have fun and have a drive to succeed!
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8-5, Occasional longer days and some weekends in Nov/Dec.
Office is in Centennial CO.; remote applicants will not be considered.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
