Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Construction Coordinator located in San Diego, CA. The Construction Coordinator will be responsible for supervising construction projects, managing budgets, ensuring construction safety compliance, and overseeing project control. The Construction Coordinator will also be involved in overall construction management tasks.
Qualifications
- Supervisory Skills and Construction Management experience
- Need at least 5 years’ experience as a Construction Project Coordinator
- Must be proficient in Procore (mandatory), Blue Beam, Zoom, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Project (fluently) and ability to learn new Construction Management software.
- Budgeting and Project Control skills
- Knowledge and experience in Construction Safety
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
- Prior experience in the construction industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
