Novo, a global Christian ministry headquartered in Anaheim CA, is looking for a HR Administrative Assistant to join our HR team. The right candidate should possess a positive attitude and able to effectively perform the functions related to the day-to-day operations of the HR department. Prior HR experience and alignment with Novo's Christian beliefs and a desire to serve in Christian ministry is a requirement of this position. This position is full time and requires a minimum work schedule of 32 hours weekly, and reports to the Director of Human Resources. Remote work will be considered for candidates with adequate HR and remote work experience.

The HR Admin Assistant is responsible to provide help and support to the HR Director in the day-to-day operations of the HR department. This includes:
