Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Specialist:
- Manage full cycle accounts payable process
- 3-way matching for accounts payable
- Code invoices and expenses to the correct account, date, and cost center
- Prepare and reconcile local/state sales and use tax filings and pay monthly
- Reconcile vendor statements
- Collect W-9's and prepare 1099's
Preferred Qualifications of the Accounts Payable Specialist:
- 3 years of accounts payable experience
- Proficient using Microsoft Office, 10-key by touch
- Experience using Sage, QuickBooks, SAP, or Netsuite a plus
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
