  • Assists in training and developing team members, ensuring best practice adherence safety protocols. Foster positive work environment and promoting a culture of continuous improvement. 2. Collaborates with the production planning team to ensure efficient scheduling and allocation of resources to meet production targets. 3. Monitors and tracks production progress, identifying bottlenecks or issues that may impact productivity, and take appropriate actions to address them. 4. Ensures production processes are executed in compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines. 5. Continuously evaluates and analyzes the blown film (plastic extrusion) manufacturing process, identifying opportunities for process optimization, waste reduction, and efficiency improvement. 6. Troubleshoots equipment issues, collaborates with maintenance and engineering teams to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. 7. Implements and monitors process improvement initiatives, ensuring that changes are documented, communicated, and properly trained to the team. 8. Monitors product quality throughout the production process, ensuring compliance with quality standards and customer specifications. 9. Investigates and addresses any quality issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence. 10. Promotes a strong safety culture, ensuring that all team members adhere to safety protocols and guidelines. 11. Assists with conducting regular safety inspections, identify potential hazards, and take appropriate actions to maintain a safe working environment. 12. Participates in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities to address quality issues and implement corrective actions. 13. Performs labor functions as needed. 13. All other duties as assigned. What We Need From You
  • High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Three (3) to five (5) years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment. 3. Experience in a blown film (plastic extrusion) manufacturing environment. 3. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team. 4. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, with a continuous improvement mindset. 5. Solid understanding of production planning, quality, and safety protocols. 6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. 7. Capable to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 8. Computer literate - knowledge of Microsoft Suite. What You'll Get From Us
