Join us as our new National Account Manager for Human HealthThis position will have Sales responsibility for select Human Health Probiotic activities. It will be responsible for all existing and new customer relationships in the territory. It will execute Human Health strategies and secure customer and market input. It will be responsible for sales budgets, sales estimates, forecasts and data in SalesForce.
In This Role, You'll Make a Difference By
  • Meeting and or exceeding pre-defined sales targets
  • Executing pricing and product line strategies
  • Positioning Novonesis in the market place as a trustworthy, flexible, and knowledgeable probiotic supplier
  • Managing and developing existing customer relationships as well as developing new customer relationshipsl
  • Being the voice of the customer and the one responsible for managing the customer expectations and goals in cross-functional development activities initiated by the customer
  • Managing territory sales plan and continuously update such plan
  • Managing customer projects through SalesForce or customer request process
  • Providing timely data including forecasts, estimates and monthly reports.
  • Securing feedback from the market and customers on global product line, marketing activities, pricing, and value chain issues
  • Securing that market, industry and competitor information is captured, organized, and communicated
  • Participating in sales meetings and trade shows
To Success You Must Hold
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience
  • Preferably experience from the dietary supplement, and/or OTC market
  • Territory experience
  • Project management experience
