Join us as our new Technical Service Manager focused on poultry nutrition

Operating under general direction, this position is essential for providing technical support to Poultry Account Managers and several key accounts. As a key technical contact in North America, you will be crucial in promoting and driving sales of Novonesis poultry probiotic products and services.

In this role, you'll make an impact by:

  • Providingtechnical support and training to Poultry Account Managers and actively participate in the sales process.

  • SupervisingNorth American poultry trials, visit the research facilities, participate actively in the trials, and deliver detailed analyses of trial results to support our products and services.

  • Maintaining high-level relationships with key customers and influencers, especially nutritionists.

  • Investigatingcustomer complaints and resolve industry issues on-site, including product applications, marketing efforts, new facilities, and key industry personnel.

  • Engagingin professional trade associations and committees related to the poultry industry.

  • Developing, writing, editing, and proofreading scientific documentation for marketing materials to support product promotion.

  • Developing a deep understanding of the competitive landscape for gastrointestinal health products and services.

To succeed, you must hold:

  • PhD in Poultry Science, Poultry Nutrition, or a related field.

  • Negotiation and Follow-up: Strong negotiation and follow-up skills.

  • Product Knowledge: Ability to leverage product knowledge to determine the best course of action for customers.

  • Technical Proficiency: Ability to ask the right questions to customers based on technical expertise.

  • Self-motivation: Self-starter with drive and initiative, capable of working with minimal supervision.

  • Passion for Food Industry: A genuine passion for the food industry.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.

  • Travel Requirements: Ability to travel up to 60% of working time, including international travel.
