We are looking for a Systems Engineer to join our team in Annapolis Junction, MD.
This is a full-time position that requires a TS/SCI/Full Scope Polygraph Clearance.
As a Systems Engineer, you will support our government customers in transitioning and decommissioning legacy systems.
Responsibilities
Support transition and decommissioning (T&D) requirements and processes, including project planning, management, monitoring, and control, as well as risk mitigation.
Assist in the development, evaluation, documentation, and creation of new system designs.
Support the management and modernization of data formats and coordinate changes and modifications.
Coordinate activities related to system changes and updates.
Collaborate with cross-directorate Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and engage stakeholders in technology insertion projects.
Research and document dataflow processes in compliance with Enterprise Data Header (EDH) initiatives, including data identification, protection, tracking, and handling throughout its lifecycle.
Educational Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related discipline.
Experience Requirement
Minimum of 2 years of systems engineering experience.
Alternatively, a Master’s or PhD Degree may be substituted for the two years of experience.
Alternatively, a High School Diploma or GED plus 6 years of systems engineering experience is acceptable.
