**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled CFO/Controller Consultant to provide strategic financial leadership and guidance to our organization on a consulting basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning, management, and accounting, along with the ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights to drive business growth.
**Qualifications:**- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred
- Proven work experience as a CFO, Controller, or in a similar financial leadership role
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and trends
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Experience with financial forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel
**Responsibilities:**- Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, reporting, and forecasting
- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to the executive team
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements
- Collaborate with other departments to drive financial performance and achieve business objectives
- Assist with special projects and ad-hoc financial analysis as needed
- Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in finance

- Availability to work on a consulting basis, with flexibility in hours based on project needs

- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed

Pay:$125k-$150k
