Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Controller in a manufacturing environment with multiple entities.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
- Prepare financial statements and reports for management.
- Manage financial audits and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasts.
- Develop and monitor KPI’s and streamline processes.
- Work with outside CPA and Tax firms.
- Supervise accounting staff and ensure accurate and timely record-keeping.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to improve financial performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to support strategic financial decisions.
- Ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded and documented.
