Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Oversight:
  Lead financial activities for construction projects. Analyze cash flow, establish controls, and optimize ROI.

• Reporting & Compliance:
  Prepare budgets, financial statements, and reports. Manage audits, cash balances, and construction-specific accounting.

• Operational Control:
  Develop financial policies, ensure GAAP compliance, and streamline procedures.

• Strategic Support:
  Assist in strategic planning, manage disbursements, and evaluate investment opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Education: BS/BA/MBA in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred).
• Experience: 3 years in the construction industry at the Controller level. Proficient in GAAP, financial modeling, and cost control.
• Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
