Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, analyzing company performance and risks.
- Maintain constant awareness of the company's financial position to prevent issues.
- Supervise accounting and finance personnel.
- Oversee audit and internal control operations.
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports.
- Provide financial statements and cash flow projections.
- Manage budgets for programs and departments, aligning with strategic goals.
- Safeguard financial assets and ensure compliance with federal awards and programs.
- Monitor banking activities, providing regular cash flow projections and ensuring timely payables.
- Oversee financial activities for government grants, including invoicing and budget tracking.
- Industry experience in the Non-Profit sector.
- Proven experience with federal grant invoicing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (Master’s preferred).
- Demonstrated direct team leadership experience.
- Strong organizational and process-oriented skills.
- Self-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
