The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth office operations. This role requires a combination of strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal staff and external clients.. Essential Duties And Responsiblities
Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees, providing exceptional customer service in person, via phone, and through email correspondence.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate staff members or departments.
Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences, ensuring all necessary resources are available and prepared.
Assist in the preparation and distribution of internal and external communications, including memos, emails, and reports.
Organize and maintain physical and digital files, ensuring all documentation is accurately labeled and easily accessible.
Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as processing invoices, posting payments, and collection calls.
Support the administrative needs of various departments, including finance, sales, and operations.
Handle general office tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, filing documents.
Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and efficiency.

High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree preferred.
Proven experience in an administrative role, with a focus on customer service.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other office software.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with basic accounting principles is a plus.
Experience with office equipment, such as printers and scanners.
Willingness to adapt and learn new skills as needed.
PHYSICAL REQURIEMENTS
Prolong periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Ability to lift 10lbs regularly.
Training Requirements
Satisfactory completion of Nozzle Nolen Orientation & Training
Completion of additional training identified by Supervisor or Human Resources.
