• Acute care, 15-bed Critical Access Hospital with Outpatient Family Medicine Clinic
• Approximately 165 full and part-time employees
• Scope of services include 24 hour ER services, Inpatient and Outpatient Med/Surg, Physical Therapy, Swingbed Care, Obstetrics with two LDR rooms, Lab, Radiology, and Hospice Care

Your Role with the Company:

• Full-time, M-F
• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will see patients in a Rural Health Clinic
• Join a group of family medicine physicians and build a patient panel with a focus on women's health
• Medical clinic is well-established with varying credentials and levels of experience to provide a collegial environment focused on best practice
