Job description : *Job Summary*This position provides oversight and direction for our short-term rehabilitation unit which includes quality patient care and staff accountability.
It runs like a med / surge unit with patient stays to 15 days. This is a key leadership position which is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the unit and must lead by example.
Qualifications : *Job Qualifications Current RN license in PA* 5 years of Nurse Supervisor experience on a Med Surg or Rehab LTC / STR or hospital unit* 3 years experience in a nurse supervisory role with proven leadership ability* Wound care experience is highly desirable Why is This a Great Opportunity : Sign on Offered!
