Expertise in Sales and marketing of woven and knit fashion collections across all categories

Why Is This a Great OpportunityOur client is a Hong Kong based, privately owned sourcing service providing a full range of services from brand building, collections, design and product development and production across Asia with a broad range of suppliers to meet all price points.
This role is perfect for you if you have strong interpersonal and communication skills and are collaborative with ability to work across functions and in concert with region and global counterparts,
have strong commercial sense and knowledge of consumer/fashion trends and a well established network of clients and are able to work in a fast-paced and diverse environment.
- Strong working relationship with apparel customers to open doors, bring in new business, expand current business volume in the USA
- Engage and develop marketing concepts and strategies
- Work with teams in Asia to develop a unique selling proposition.
- Evaluate market trends, advise on development of product lines with merchandising team.
- Engage in product development to sustain the trend right ideas turning them into products.
- build and maintain relations with current and new customers.
- Analyse pricing, to build new business and current business.
- Overseas trips and occasional overnight trips as necessary to meet customers.
- Provide trend report, quarterly market update, and proposals for market week or presentations to current and new customers.
Expertise in Sales and marketing of woven and knit fashion collections across all categories
- Relevant experience in apparel imports.
- Product knowledge on a wide range of apparel products, basic technical and design sense.
- Able to identify each COST DRIVER (key component drive up cost) on spot when review products with buyer.
- Able to communicate direct, co-create with customer, buyer, designer, PD teams.
- Familiar with US market and / or non-US markets.
