Job DescriptionDirector of Consultant (Distributor) Communications Sandy, UtahAre you a dynamic communications leader with a passion for storytelling and brand building? We're seeking a Director of Consultant Communications to own all consultant-facing communications across multiple channels, including web, email, social media, blogs, and more. Youll be the driving force behind our messaging, ensuring our consultants are informed, engaged, and inspired.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Communication Strategy: Take charge of all electronic communications with consultants, crafting messages that resonate and drive engagement. Youll manage content consistency across all platforms, preventing any messaging gaps and ensuring alignment with our brand voice.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with internal departments and external vendors to develop communication campaigns that support our consultants success. Youll be the go-to person for consultant communications, navigating between PR, social media, and marketing to create cohesive and impactful content.
Create Compelling Content: Develop high-quality communication materials, from press releases and blog articles to speeches and executive presentations. Your ability to craft newsworthy content and create compelling storylines will set our communications apart.
Manage Crisis Communication: Prepare for the unexpected by developing effective plans for crisis management situations, ensuring clear and timely communication during critical moments.
Mentor and Lead: Supervise and coach your team, providing guidance and leadership to drive performance. Youll also manage external agencies and contractors, ensuring all communications meet our high standards.

- A Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 7 years of experience in marketing communications or public relations, with a preference for those with MLM/Network Marketing experience.
- At least 2 years of experience managing a team, with a proven track record of developing and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong skills in content creation, digital marketing, and leveraging social media for PR and SEO strategies.
- A strategic thinker with a knack for storytelling and brand building, you thrive in fast-paced environments and can manage multiple projects with ease.
