What you will be doing:
- Preparing responsive pleadings
- Engaging in motion practice
- Responding to discovery or administrative charges
- Counseling clients for employment law or some other area of law
- Case management
- Propounding and responding to discovery
- Depositions
- Preparing cases for trial
- Managing pre-litigation disputes
- 2 years of litigation experience
- Experience in preparing responsive pleadings
- Experience in engaging in motion practice
- Experience in responding to discovery or administrative charges
- Experience in counseling clients
- Experience with case management
- Experience in propounding and responding to discovery
- Experience in depositions
- Experience in preparing cases for trial
- Familiarity with wage laws, leave and compliance matters (FMLA, ADA, wage and hour)
- Experience in policy development
- Experience in compliance training
- Experience in managing pre-litigation disputes
- Strong academic background
- Proven track record of strong performance and measurable results
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and writing skills
