Job Description
- Seeking an attorney with 2 years of general liability experience in insurance defense.
- Opportunity to join our Philadelphia office.
- Enjoy a hybrid work schedule, combining office and remote work, fostering work-life balance.

- JD from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice in PA and NJ.
- 2 years of experience in general liability required; insurance defense preferred.
- Ability to meet a billable requirement of 165 hours per month on average.
- Generous bonuses based on billable hours, averaging $12-14k per associate. Last year's bonuses were $18,000 per each associate.
- Hybrid work model allows flexibility, with around 2 days per week in the office.
