Pay:$25 - $34/hr
Schedule
- 8 to 10-hour shift (48 hours per week)
- 1st Shift: 7 AM to 3:30 PM (30 mins unpaid lunch)
- 3rd Shift: 11 PM to 7:30 AM (30 mins unpaid lunch)
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Occasional weekends holidays
Summary/ObjectiveThe maintenance technician position is responsible for performing highly diversified
tasks to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment in a
safe and efficient manner to support the achievement of the companys business goals
and objectives.

- Install, maintain, and upgrade production machines and the plant facilitys
- Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
- Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, welding, troubleshooting, and repair of production machines.
- Perform basic electrical skills including but not limited to troubleshooting and repair of motors, blown fuses, tripped breakers, and faulty wiring.
- Perform simple machinist duties and responsibilities.
- Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
- Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test, and make adjustments.
- Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities.
- Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment in performing duties.
- Detect faulty operations, and defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision.
- Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.

- Completion of a craft apprenticeship, or an equivalent number of years of education

Monthly Incentive Bonus = max $200.00/month upon reaching Company goals.
Additional Shift Differential: 2nd shift = .50/hour; 3rd shift = $1.00/hour
