- 5 years of manufacturing leadership experience
- 5 year in Block, Wall, or Paver fabrication experience. (Must have experience with Besser, Hess, Columbia, Tiger, Masa or other block/paver machines.)
- Proven track record of leading teams in a self-directed environment
- Strong communication and strategic planning skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; INFOR or Syteline experience a plus
