NPAworldwide is Hiring a Regional Sales Manager Near Columbus, OH

Job Description
  • Ensure the best customer experience within the sales team by aligning with the company's Purpose, Mission, Strategy, and Core Values.
  • Communicate effectively with external and internal customers, managing local sales and coordinating with the Operations Team.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market penetration across core product groups in greater COLUMBUS OHIO
  • Set strategic initiatives for growth through new products, territory expansion, and service offerings.
  • Manage the sales team to key performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards, and focused customer targets.
  • Track projects and initiatives effectively, ensuring safety compliance.
  • Act as a working manager with key accounts as needed.
  • Maintain dashboards related to weekly and monthly sales benchmarks.
  • Develop and maintain vendor relationships in the greater Columbus area.
  • Prepare status reports, monitor budgets, contractors, schedules, and maintain electronic databases.
  • Work towards creating an exciting showroom and product mix to attract customers.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
  • Experience in leading outside and inside sales teams, preferably in the building materials or construction industries.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Must have contact list with GC, Architects, Home builders etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and execute strategic plans and sales goals independently.
  • Proficiency in understanding product technical requirements, drawings, financial analytics, and pricing strategies.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% in Central Ohio (Greater Columbus Oh) with minimal overnight stays.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and meet safe driving eligibility requirements under the company fleet insurance plan.
