**About NPW**

NPW is a company rich in history that began in 1969 by founder, President and CEO, Larry Pacey. In its early days, NPW, then known as National Carburetor Exchange, was run out of a 600 square foot building where Larry did everything on his own, from rebuilding the carburetors to sales and collections. Over a five-year period, the business quickly expanded to include into a retail parts store handling many performances lines.

**Internship Opportunities**

***This internship will take place at NPW Companies headquarter in Miami, FL.***

Begin your career on a fast track and join our team of exceptional individuals this summer for our automotive aftermarket internship program. What better way to learn about a company than submerging yourself in the heart of operations. This program will consist of 4-6 weeks learning about the ins and outs of our company and putting your knowledge to practice by understanding the flow of our entire operation.

This internship will be fully compensated.

* Intern will collaborate with our cross functional team composed of Operation Managers, Warehouse Manager, Supervisors, and Store Mangers.

* Intern will be rotating throughout warehouse and store departments. Such as:

* Ecommerce

* Operations

* Inventory

* Supply chain

* Customer Service

**Required Qualifications:**

* Must be currently enrolled in a Degree program: BBA with a major in Automotive Management & Marketing, International Business or Management

* Cumulative GPA: 3.0 or higher

* Current status: Freshman or above

* Must be eligible to work in the United States

* Excellent verbal and written communications skills

* Team-oriented

* Good problem-solving skills

* Highly self-motivated

* Willing to take initiative and work with minimal supervision

**Physical Requirements:**

* Lift a maximum of 50 lbs.

* Consistently lift/carry 10-20lbs

* Bend, reach, lift, & climb ladders/steps

* Stand and walk for the duration of the shift
