Duties:
Timely completion of routine repairs, maintenance requests, and work orders.
Includes basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and drywall repairs.
Janitorial duties include but are not limited to dusting, mopping, vacuuming, emptying trash receptacles, and other duties as assigned.
Maintain accurate records regarding preventative maintenance, repairs, work orders, work-in-progress, apartment make-ready status, etc.
