The Nurse Manager Behavioral Health ensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall daily function and staffing of the department. The Manager monitors and evaluates the provision of nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures and holds staff accountable for quality and clinical outcomes in support

• Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice and/or has an active compact license, in accordance with law and regulation required
• BSN required; Master's Degree preferred
• BLS required
• 3 years of experience in nursing behavioral health in an acute care setting required; 1 years of experience in supervisory/leadership required
