• Weekend Requirement - Every Other weekend required

Responsibilities:

• Collect routine specimens;
• Assist patients with mobility and physical therapies/exercises;
• Assist with clients personal care activities;
• Maintain patients care records and document provided services;
• Provide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support;
• Monitor patients (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc) and report on their condition;
• Obtaining a wide range of information from physicians, caregivers and nurses about patient condition, treatment plans, and suggested activities;
• Turning and repositioning bedridden patients;
• Ensuring patients or residents receive appropriate diet by reviewing their dietary restrictions, food allergies, and preference
