Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Proposal Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and producing high-quality proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.

Responsibilities/Requirements:

- Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information for proposals
- Write, edit, and proofread proposal content to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Manage proposal timelines and deadlines effectively
- Create visually appealing presentations
- Conduct market research to support proposal development
- Assist in developing content marketing strategies
- Support sales teams with advertising sales proposals
- Highly efficient communicator with both written and oral communication

-Expert level computer navigation skills using Microsoft Office Applications

- Strong organizational skills and an eye for presentation and details

- Any other duties assigned by CEO/CAO/COO

Compensation:

$22-$25 hourly rate

*Final determination of salary will be based upon education and experience

Education:

-Bachelor’s Degree: BA Journalism/English/Communications – Minimum requirement

- Masters Degree: Journalism/English/Communications- Preferred
